Your responsibilities
- Collect, analyze and validate data from new and existing sources and ensure customer-oriented visualization for Germany, Austria, Switzerland.
- Support the further development and execution of a reporting dashboard for the implementation of strategies, goals and business processes
- Create HR key figures for the annual corporate reports
- Support the implementation of reporting standards, policies and HR systems
- Accompany internal HR projects as well as taking over special topics
- Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE
- Support a cost efficient set-up, identify and enforce improvement potential
Your profile
- Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree with a focus on quantitative
methods / statistics - Professional experience (1-3 years) in reporting and analytics
- Analytical mind focusing on problem solving and on results
- Empathic and strong communication skills, being able to transfer complex data structures into easy communication for stakeholders
- Enjoying to work in an international environment with a mindset of thinking global / acting local
- Advanced computer skills, including office applications (particularly Excel), combined with tech & digitization affinity, experience with SAP SFEC or ServiceNow a plus
- Advanced in English and German
