Accounts Receivable Specialist with German

About the Role:

As a key Accounts Receivable Team member you'll be responsible for Accounts Receivable and cash allocation activities for one of our Clients. If you join our team you will be able to gain accounting experience and start your career in one of the biggest Real Estate Portfolio Management companies.

What You'll Do:

• Manage an Accounts Receivable portfolio consisting of various customers.
• Verification and raising of invoices and credits
• Regular and effective cash collection on past due accounts
• Timely and accurate cash allocation of daily cash receipts
• Preparation of financial reports
• Cooperation with external clients (including query resolution and account reconciliations)
• Cooperation with other departments based Globally
• Adherence to internal and external audit requirements

What You'll Need:

• Fluent in English
• Fluent in German
• Strong attention to details and very good organizational skills
• Reliable and committed
• Professional experience will be an advantage
• University degree in Economics, Accounting or Finance will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word)
• Capability to adapt to quickly changing and demanding environment
• Interest in Commercial Real Estate would be an asset
