About Job

As a Content Specialist for Generative AI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of content used to train and improve these AI systems. You will be responsible for conducting thorough quality assurance testing, identifying errors and inconsistencies, and providing feedback to content creators and Large Language Model (LLM) developers.

Requirements:

Experience in content writing in fields such as creative writing, journalism, blogging

Native speaker with exceptional language skills for one of the following locales:

GERMAN

Strong understanding of English and your target language's grammar, syntax, semantics and locale specific nuances, slang, etc.

Familiarity with LLMs and NLP concepts and techniques is advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify subtle nuances in language.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to understand client guidelines and requirements

Previous QA experience is a major plus

Background in Healthcare, Legal, Finance, Retail, Safety, Coding is plus

Responsibilities:

Create prompts and responses following the instructions and guidelines.

Review and edit prompts and responses provided for accuracy, relevance, and clarity

Evaluate provided answers for correctness, helpfulness and harmlessness.

Identify and report any inconsistencies, errors, or biases in the reviewed content.

Collaborate with PMs and Quality Managers (QM) to address issues and improve the teams performance.

Provide feedback on the quality issues to enhance accuracy.

Stay updated on advancements in LLMs and NLP techniques relevant to LLM prompt/response authoring.

Document observations and recommendations to the Centific team for further improvements.

Contribute ideas for optimizing the overall performance.
