Great opportunity for German speakers in Budapest !!
I am look for a Customer Support Executive that can help resolve issues by promptly responding to all inquiries and provide support through various channels. Can also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with the clients
Main tasks:
-> Provide timely and efficient customer support and advice via phone , email , and live chat
-> Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions
-> Investigate and escalate complex customer issues
-> Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
-> Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system
-> Proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience
-> Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials
-> Work to achieve individual and team goals
We are looking for:
-> Fluent Level of German & English (C1)
-> Must be eligible to work in Hungary - EU Passport, Hungarian Student or Work Visa ( this is not optional )
-> Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-> Experience in communication with customers
-> Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-> Previous contact centre experience is desirable, but not essential
Position Conditions:
-> Mon to Sun (2 days off)
-> 8h Shifts between 08:00 and 21:00
-> Onsite position in Budapest, Hungary
-> Full time, Permanent Contract
