Cuatrecasasseeks an assistant for our Barcelona office to join the German Desk/Corporate,which is made up of lawyers offering top-quality advice to German, Austrian andSwiss business groups.
DUTIESWe are lookingfor a person with initiative, who is autonomous and has the ability tomultitask and to learn continuously, as well as having strong communication andorganizational skills.
Duties:
Managing diaries and organizing meetings
Preparing reports and presentations
Taking phone calls and messages
Handling invoicing tasks and managing CRM
Managing client identification (KYC) and AML process
Organizing events
Drafting blog content
Managing the budget
Managing relationships with chambers of commerce, foundations and other business entities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- At least four years' experience as an assistant
- Bilingual German and Spanish
- Highly proficient in English (C1)
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Specific training in marketing or administration, or both, positively valued
SKILLS- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Foresight and proactivity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
