As part of the structures, we are looking for specialists in the field of international accounting & tax, human resources and payroll, and global entity management. We also build teams that will be responsible for handling international funds and supporting internal financial processes of the TMF Group.

Discover the Role

As an Accountant in TMF Group, you will be responsible to provide efficient and high quality service to portfolio of assigned clients. You will work in accordance with local Accounting and Tax legislation and in line with internal clients' regulations, as well in compliance with all internal procedures and standards.

Through work for various clients from different industries, you will have the opportunity to enrich your knowledge of financial complexities. You will get industry best practice here and be up to date with the latest accounting standards and local legislations.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing the accounting data into company accounting system;

• Responsibility for the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial reports in accordance with HGB, IFRS o r US GAAP close cooperation with the team leader and the team

• Preparation and review of financial reports

• Performing different reconciliations as requested by client or manager

• Monitoring payment transactions

• Work in a team in solving accounting and tax issues;

• Regular communication and cooperation with the clients of the company

• Preparing routine correspondence to various parties.

Key Requirements

The successful candidate is analytical and methodical with experience in accounting. Possesses knowledge of accounting & tax regulations coupled with strong communication abilities. Integrity, team spirit and strong organizational skills are highly valued attributes.

Ideally, you are meeting following hiring criteria:

• At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience;

• A degree in Accounting, Business or a closely related field;

• Very good knowledge in accounting and tax legislations; German Gaap knowledge is an advantage

• Experience with DATEV software is preferred but not mandatory

• Ability to communicate and interact well with clients, business partners and colleagues;

• Willingness and ability to work in a team;

• Ability to excel in challenging and fast-paced environments;

• Fluency in English and intermediate level of German both written and spoken is essential;

• Basic MS Office package skills are essential;
