Then become part of our team and apply now! We are looking for Order To Cash Collection Specialist (Account Receivables) to join our team and be part of history.
Your daily routine will include:- Monitor receivables and apply collection procedures in accordance with due dates;
- Sending letters/emails to customers to resolve billing or invoicing issues;
- Maintaining databases by entering, updating and retrieving data, as well as formatting and generating reports;
- Resolve customer inquiries about delayed payments and payment arrangements;
- Develop and maintain relationships with external collection agencies;
- Provision of periodic bad debt aging reports to customers; file transfer;
- Identifying and recommending improvements in collection policies and procedures;
- Accepting orders from customers, checking their completeness and correctness;
- Communication with internal and external customers.
We'll know you can do it if you have:- Providing ongoing support for the OTC business solution;
- Contributing to increasing collections and improving receivables on time;
- Participate in cross-functional processes and system improvement initiatives while maintaining adherence to the internal control environment;
- Collecting and summarizing accounting and business information for management purposes and internal needs, ensuring reliable and timely communication with all interested parties;
- Providing support to the organization upon request;
- Good organizational and time management skills;
- Good customer service skills, communication skills with attention to detail.
And you have:- Knowledge and experience in collection processes and/or accounting activities, invoicing;
- Experience working in a global organization;
- Problem solving skills and meeting deadlines;
- Strong analytical skills; Strives for perfection, flexible in work;
- Knowledge of modern technologies and telecommunications business;
- Fluency in German language - written and spoken (B2; C1); English is an advantage;
- General experience in using MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SAP is an asset.
