What you'll do

Being part of the Global Commercial Finance organization, you will be working as a Commercial Finance Specialist in Service Delivery Hub, focusing on high quality service delivery. In this role you will be expected to assist with following tasks:

• Deal approval, review of quotes, checking software requirements, pricing, special terms & conditions etc.
• Contract creation
• Compliance verification based on internal policies and external regulations
• Tracking and reporting volumes and approval figures.
• Communication with stakeholders such as Sales, Pricing and Revenue Recognition teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
• Reporting-related activities.

You will also have the opportunity to support projects in driving efficiency and process improvements, and the role offers many other development opportunities and competencies that will support you in shaping a future career path.

What you'll bring

• University student in the last year of studies/ graduate preferably in the field of Economics, Finance or Law
• Advanced in English and German (written and oral)
• German language is a plus
• Good command on MS Office (especially Excel), Power BI advantage
• We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and has strong follow-up skills. You must be an efficient learner with a goal of working independently with little supervision and being able to correctly prioritize tasks. A "can do attitude" is what we are seeking.
• If you are communicative and a good team player, you will be a good fit for our team. Open-minded with an ability to change and seek solutions using analytical skills will be beneficial for this role.
