Contract Management Jr. Associate (German Speaker)
- Provide assistance in the upload of fully executed contracts for Cluster Germany and Switzerland
- Strive for compliance with the required contract management KPI
- Ensure business process/methodology is applied accordingly and accurately
- Receive copies of contract documents and details via email or other means of communication from various teams globally
- Manage the amount of data efficiently, sustainably and in close alignment with your team colleagues
- Responsible to ensure electronic copies of applicable contracts are uploaded in the company's contract management system
- Identify respective vital contractual data from the contracts and/or request this information from corresponding Contract Owners to ensure integrity of your data records in both, the contract management system as well as in team internal working documents
- Comply with pre-defined global entry rules and guidelines including reminder-settings when processing the e-filing
- Deliver timely report as required by the stake holder and functional management
- Proactively communicate with concerned parties (as needed)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
- Preferably with 0 -2 years of experience in Contract Management
- Ability to work in a challenging environment with a tight deadline
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Fluent in both German and English Language, both written and verbal
- Commercial contract management experience
- Highly reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze contracts to identify details of different nature
- Strong analytical skills, able to handle multiple projects at the same time
- Has passion for databases
- Flexibility to adjust and thrive in an environment with changing requirements, schedules and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Able to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of key stakeholders as well as senior executives
