Your Daily Pitch:
Your job is to increase customer retention and engagement across the whole Tipico business by leading the CRM Lifecycle team, outlining and realizing customer lifecycle campaigns and communications.
You will be continuously looking to improve player effective engagement and (re-)develop customer journeys across online and digital shop customers. The success of these activities will contribute towards the Tipico success story by having a more active and healthier database whilst increasing customer lifetime value.
Your playing field:
Which skills you should bring to the pitch
Good communications skills. Tipico is an international Company. For this role you need strong German and English skills in both ways, written and verbal to communicate with our mainly German speaking customers.
