Job Overview Seeking a Customer Journey optimisation specialist to enhance customer experience and drive business growth for Cyprus. Analyse and optimise the customer journey, collaborating cross-functionally to improve acquisition and retention. Join our team to deliver exceptional experiences and achieve business objectives.
Main Responsibilities - Thoroughly document the current customer flow, capturing all relevant stages and touchpoints
- Gather and analyse metrics to assess the performance of each step in the customer flow, identifying areas for improvement
- Detect and investigate abnormal metric behaviour, taking corrective actions to optimise the customer journey
- Conduct comprehensive research to uncover insights and opportunities for enhancing the overall performance of the customer journey
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Product Owners of a Cyprus broker, facilitating the implementation of changes and improvements to the customer journey
- Provide valuable support to the Product Managers team by offering insights and recommendations regarding the customer journey
- Conduct competitive investigations and analysis to gain a deep understanding of market trends and identify areas where our customer journey can be further enhanced
Requirements - Degree in Product Development, Analysis or any other relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a previous Product Manager, Product Owner, Customer Journey Analyst or similar role
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Deep understanding of marketing research methodologies and practices
- Advanced knowledge of MixPanel or Amplitude for data analysis and customer insights
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent presentation and organisational skills to effectively communicate insights and findings
- Preferred additional skills include familiarity with Jira and Confluence, overall understanding of the product management process, and knowledge of forex, stocks, CFDs and crypto trading
