What you will be doing

• Controlling of project sales opportunities' mandatory fields plus communication with local specification teams.
• Controlling of project estimated delivery and close dates.
• Data enrichment and management of existing opportunities.
• Screen Rocksell to remove duplicated projects.
• Extraction/summary of sandwich panel specification from building specification documents.
• Research of additional project related information via internet.
• Conduct advanced queries, analyze and synthesize data.
• Advanced market research on defined segments.
• Creation of advanced presentations--> Powerpoint.
• Registration of new project sales opportunities according to process.
• Creation of process manuals.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
• Create visualizations and reports to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reporting tools.
• Evaluation/qualification of potential prospects/leads regarding possible sales opportunities.

What you bring

• University graduate.
• Previous experience on Data Analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of EXCEL & PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and German (Reading, speaking and Understanding).
• Possess analytical skills.
• Team player.
• Analytical & pragmatic sense.
• Pro-active.
