Role Overview:Due to global expansion and team growth, we are looking for an Audience Development Executive and native German speaker to work across all our brands as we expand (Computing and CRN). You will work in a small but busy team who, alongside our marketing team, recruit delegates for our face-to-face events. You will be speaking to our senior audience on a daily basis and must be able to create and maintain relationships.
Your main responsibilities will include:- The acquisition of senior-level delegates to attend our roundtables and conferences through researching, sourcing, cold calling, email marketing, and cross-selling
- Speaking to prospective delegates with knowledge about the event, topic areas, and speakers
- Vetting hosted delegate applications based upon set criteria
- Share feedback with stakeholders on what our senior audience wants to hear about at our events
- Prepare regular updates to share with the delegate, event, and project team to keep them informed of progress
- Maintaining the database including updating information
- Liaising with confirmed delegates to ensure event attendance and participation via calendar invites, bespoke emails, mail merges, and telephone calls
- Managing clients on-site to help deliver outstanding customer satisfaction
- Maintaining contact with your network to maintain a trusted relationship with key decision-makers
- Attending conferences, meeting and greeting delegates, and networking over the day in order to build and retain relationships.

- Fluency in German and English required (any additional language proficiency will be considered an advantage)
- Excellent client liaison skills, ability to react and respond in a timely and effective manner
- Proficient knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook with the ability to present information in a consistent and professional manner.
