Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for DevOps Engineer, The primary role of the DevOps Engineer is to build and deploy complex cloud environments for customers using innovative automation tools and cutting-edge technologies.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating a tailor-made architecture
• Deployment of advanced services on the cloud
• Implement automation solutions
• Maintain a feedback loop with the company's customers to ensure deliveries are in accordance with the customer's needs and expectations
• Debug, troubleshoot and fix technical issues
• Setup large-scale monitoring and logging solutions
• Technical single point of contact for a portfolio of Managed Services clients
• Manage the day-to-day cloud operations and support with steering to realize customer objectives
• Conduct regular client review meetings together with relationship managers and other stakeholders
• Proactively monitor key customer KPIs, the health of their environment, and ongoing customer needs
• Advise our Monitoring team on how to tune the monitoring system to monitor our customers' environments better
• Provide feedback and recommendations on all things security in the cloud
• Facilitate between the different AllCloud departments/service teams and the customer
• Support FinOps in getting the most suitable and valuable cost-saving recommendations for the customer's environment and needs

Requirements

• Very good understanding of networking, Linux and Windows administration
• Experience with at least one of the following: Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, VMware
• Creative troubleshooting skills and out-of-the-box thinking
• Scripting abilities in at least one of the following: Bash, Python, Ruby, Perl, PowerShell
• Ability to learn various technologies and topics
• Experience with Git
• Experience with CI/CD platforms (Jenkins, TeamCity, TravisCI, Codeship)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
