How you will create an impact:

• You'll be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring content marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
• You'll support our campaigns and communications team by marketing content via digital channels, reviewing, and analyzing campaign results.
• In close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, you'll develop innovative marketing and communications strategies and advise your contacts on suitable digital campaigns.
• Your analytical approach enables you to identify opportunities to increase visibility and rankings through SEO, content, and website audits.
• You keep our website up to date, upload new content, and create relevant landing pages for new topics.
• You develop reports and dashboards with key metrics, analyze and interpret trends, and present implementation options based on the available analytical data.

Your profile:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in economics, marketing, or similar.
• You already have at least two years of experience in digital marketing.
• You have initial experience in running paid campaigns across various channels (e.g., LinkedIn campaigns).
• Ideally, you have initial experience with content management systems (e.g., Drupal).
• You ideally have initial experience with CRM and email marketing systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions.
• With excellent communication skills in German and English, you can build trust and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders by advising at all levels and functions within the company.
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to learn new topics and incorporate new skills.
• Conscientious and independent work, as well as a high degree of self-organization.
