Location: Prague (40% remote)
Contract: Permanent, Full-time

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Employee Services Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing support to the German Payroll & HR function, managing aspects of the HRIS for Europe, and processing HR & Payroll related invoices.


German Payroll / HR Admin Support:
  • Maintaining attendance records, including holidays and sickness
  • Overseeing employee absences, both paid and unpaid
  • Providing administrative support during month-end payroll activities, including preparing payslips, statistics, and letters
  • Offering ad hoc administration support to the German payroll team
  • Administering reports related to social/health insurance

European HR System (UKG) Support:
  • Writing reports and preparing training materials for wider circulation on report writing functionality
  • Bulk uploading employee data for additions or amendments
  • Handling general queries from local HR teams
  • Assisting with some system admin matters

  • Fluency in both spoken and written German and English
  • Experience with HR Admin, Payroll, and HRIS
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills at various levels of seniority within the company hierarchy
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; MBA or Master's Degree preferred
