Reporting to Marketing Director UK/EU, you will manage and support in day-to-day marketing operations for StoneX's retail brands (FOREX.com and City Index), and execute on the team's marketing and sponsorship roadmap. This includes working with the Central Marketing functions, Sales & HNW teams and Product teams to plan, develop and implement marketing campaigns, website updates, product enhancements, platform updates & client communication plans.
Responsibilities- Work alongside the UK & EU Marketing team to manage and update the marketing calendar with a roadmap of events, social media and other brand campaigns/initiatives available to StoneX retail brands within UK/. Delivering:
- Updated marketing calendar with key activities and promotions
- Briefing content team for marketing assets and collateral aligned to a plan
- Ensure activities are aligned to objectives
- Ensure activities are leveraged across brands/regions/channels where possible/relevant
- Work closely with the UK/EU, regional marketing team as well as central Acquisition and CX teams to plan and execute brand campaigns and ensure the production of regular campaign assets
- Developing, implementing and leading our social media strategy for City Index to drive awareness, engagement, reach and link clicks
- Day-to-day management of events and initiatives that cover all sponsorship rights available to StoneX Retail brands in UK & Europe - namely City Index and FOREX.com
- Develop and manage roadmap for key channels including social media and PR for all marketing and sponsorship activities
- Be a champion and key stakeholder for City Index brand within the region
- Monitor regional competitor and industry trends and report monthly with recommendations on initiatives
- Develop a deep understanding of products, platforms and functionality across the UK &/or EU region
- Working closely on regulatory roadmap in-region ensuring this is up to date and accurate, being the lead point of contact for compliance related projects/updates
- Compile and deliver weekly &/or monthly reports detailing the month's activity and performance against KPIs
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including client services and sales to identify opportunities to drive brand awareness and engagement
- Ensure all content is compliance approved
- Work with marketing and cross-functional teams to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks
- Support regional marketing efforts by scheduling and organising the creation of marketing collateral
Qualifications- Previous experience in digital marketing
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
