What is the role about:

You will handle international accounting activities within our European hub for the DACH region

You record business transactions and post operational issues with a focus on P2P (Procurement to Pay): Accounts payable, travel expense accounting, payment transactions

You support with graduation activities

You are the contact person for general inquiries, e.g. B. from our tax consultants or inquiries in relation to rental ancillary cost statements

As a member of an international team, you will work on the ongoing improvement of our processes and can help shape new processes

Requirements

You have a university degree

You have completed commercial training, ideally in the field of financial accounts payable

You have at least three years of professional experience in AP and creditors accounting

You have good knowledge of financial accounting and are also familiar with the German Value Added Tax Act (travel expenses).

You enjoy working independently and taking on responsibility, and at the same time you enjoy being part of a committed, international team

In addition to very good knowledge of MS Office products (especially Excel), you have an affinity for modern software solutions and ideally experience with Oracle NetSuite

You are solution- and service-oriented and have good German and English language skills
