Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in German, upholding community standards.
Identify and take appropriate action on inappropriate or harmful content quickly and effectively.
Engage with users by responding to their comments and inquiries professionally and courteously.
Prepare reports on moderation activities, highlighting trends and suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with team members to optimize moderation processes and enhance community engagement.
Stay informed on social media trends and best practices in content moderation to ensure effective performance.

Requirements

Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken, is required.
Experience in content moderation, social media management, or community engagement is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to promptly identify and address content issues.
Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions with users.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to engage with users from diverse backgrounds.
Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is an advantage.
