ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise architecture and methodology, with a focus on delivering updated enterprise architecture solutions to meet the needs of our clients. The role will involve creating and maintaining target structures, consulting on EA methodology development and implementation, and supporting the evolution of our client's architectural framework.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their IT strategy and requirements and develop updated enterprise architecture solutions.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of current architecture, target structures, data integration, and information flows.
• Consult with clients on the development and implementation of enterprise architecture methodology, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews of enterprise architecture to identify areas for improvement and support the evolution of the client's architectural framework.
• Provide leadership and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders, serving as the driving force behind strategic decision-making processes.
• Utilize strategic thinking skills to identify opportunities for innovation and expansion within the enterprise architecture framework.
• Demonstrate expertise in automotive industry practices and trends, applying this knowledge to enhance client solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on enterprise architecture management (EAM).
• Demonstrated proficiency in TOGAF and ZACHMAN frameworks, with the ability to apply these methodologies effectively.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and guide teams in complex decision-making processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• TOGAF certification is preferred, but not required.
• Proven track record of success in strategic planning and execution within enterprise architecture projects.
• Proficiency in German (B2 level) and English.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
