German Speaking Payment and Fraud Specialist

Are you a German-speaker with a minimum of 1 year experience of working within the igaming industry? Would you like to move laterally and work with payments and fraud management, or do you perhaps already have experience in the RFP department?

We are looking to assist our client with finding the right fit for this role. You need to communicate fluently in German, and igaming-experience is not negotiable, unless you've worked within a high volume transaction online business with payments and fraud for German-speaking customers.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manual payment processing
• KYC checks in compliance with various regulatory jurisdictions
• Monitor player behaviour for signs of fraudulent activities
• Investigate suspicious players and occurrences
• Cooperate with Support Team liaise with payment solution providers to resolve issues relating to payments.
• Giving priorities to VIP withdrawals, ensuring that they are processed in a timely and efficient manner

Required Skills & Experience

• 1 year of working within the igaming industry
• OR 2+ years of working with Fraud & Payments within a high volume transaction online business for the German-speaking market
• C1/C2 level in German, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Highly level of computer/IT literacy
• Analytical mind
• Numbers-oriented with very high attention to detail
• Happy to work in an office-based environment (no remote-working offered)
• Happy to work shifts (daytime/late shifts) on a rota-basis
