We are looking for a German-speaking Reactivation Sales Agent to join our Sales Team in Gzira, Malta!
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound calls to engage with players from various sportsbook and casino brands.
- Reactivating inactive players and providing personalized recommendations that increase their engagement and retention.
- Promoting bonus campaigns and introducing new games, features, and payment methods that enhance the sports betting/gambling experience.
- Guiding players through the website to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Collaborating with your sales manager to set and achieve goals and targets.
What you bring:
- Your passion for the online gambling & sports betting industry is contagious, and you’re able to make anyone excited about it, even if they've never watched or played a game before.
- You know how to strike up engaging conversations with ease. You're confident, comfortable, and can build great relationships over the phone.
- You have a competitive spirit and an unrelenting drive to achieve success.
- Native-level German skills are required.

- Guaranteed salary with uncapped commission potential.
- Monday to Friday schedule from 9:45 am to 6pm.
