Job DescriptionAs a Senior Team Leader you will focus on the day to day management of a set of teams for an assigned process and you will be actively contributing to their daily tasks. In addition to people management, you will also be focusing on the EMEA operations and will be responsible for the delivery of the relevant SLAs, OLAs by team members.
- Planning and distributing workload appropriately to ensure that business needs, SLAs, OLA and deadlines are met
- Mentoring and coaching of Team Leaders and team members
- Supporting operations manager in managing the account
- Management of multiple complex accounts with a variety of offered services and/or international team based on business requirements
- Autonomous Representation of the account(s) in front of external and internal stakeholders
- Controlling of budget ( P & L ), understanding and supporting the financial impact of operation and Team management
- Providing clear, concise and relevant communication to ensure clarity of objectives and outputs are set out
- Resolving customer escalation in a timely manner to avoid disruption and minimise business impact
- Producing management reports to allocate work and meet business requirements
- Technical responsibility for assigned teams
- Doing the feedback interviews
- Reviewing the performance & development process of the team in line of the policies of our Client
- Reporting into an Operations Manager function
- Be a SPOC for the relevant Service Management team and internal Delivery Management
- Planning of necessary training measures and coordination
Requirements- You have an excellent command of German and English
- You have experience in people management, you have the ability to develop and motivate the team
- You have the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and senior management
- You have a high level of stress management skills
- You have the ability to coach team members to recognise and use each other's strengths to achieve team goals
- You have excellent administrative skills and ability to analyse data and produce reports
- You are able to ensure, maintain & improve the Continuous Improvement mentality and level in the team
- You have the ability to act as the deputy of the Operations Manager whenever required both internally and externally
- Possible experience in communication with internal Service Management
- You are a team player with collaborative and supportive style
- You have a flexible and adaptable attitude
