Tasks:

answer incoming calls to the Service Desk 

supporting internal colleagues and partners via phone and chat 

provide basic administration of Access Management, End User Management, accounts and passwords

forwarding escalations to the right level 

work in different daytime shifts (no night shift) 

perform as per KPI, SLA, Quality and Objective requirements 

continuous effort to meet high customer satisfaction 

identify any areas of improvement
