Hello there! We're Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we're looking for a

German Speaking System Specialist

Role purpose:

To configure and maintain the MDM (Master Data Management) system environment (EDB, CPC, Salesforce, and associated systems) on behalf of Vodafone Germany Business Enablement. Technical support for current and future CRM systems/Salesforce with a focus on digital capabilities through involvement in conceptualization, management, coordination of external service providers, and partial systemic implementation for B2B sales. Participation in projects related to enterprise customer systems and processes (Salesforce, Erika, CPC etc.) with an impact on the entire departmental area of Vodafone Business Germany.

What you'll do:
• Monitor system processes, analyse data and report on findings
• Development, execution, and maintenance of complex SQL scripts
• Detailed process documentation of issues, workarounds and solutions in MS Visio and Word
• Act as a SPOC for all system and process related question for third party developers and stakeholders onshore
• Creating and running test scripts in the system
• Leading user acceptance testing of new functions and versions, supervise and coordinate tests, document results
• Participation in deployment projects, supervising the implementation phase
• Investigate errors, propose technical solutions for correction, drive implementation
• Propose improvement possibilities for the current processes in MDM, drive implementation
• Ensuring technical support for the sales team regarding inquiries and providing general assistance.
• Collect, formulate and document new demands and ensure successful implementation
