Customer Support Executive – German language required
Budapest, Hungary
I am currently looking for a fluent German speaker to join the team in Budapest, Hungary.
As a Customer Support Executive you will help resolve issues by promptly responding to all inquiries and provide support through various channels. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with the clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely and efficient customer support and advice via phone, email, and live chat Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions Investigate and escalate complex customer issues Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system Proactively identify ways to improve the customer experience Protect confidential and sensitive information and materials Work to achieve individual and team goals Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and German Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience in communication with customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous contact centre experience is desirable, but not essential Contract: Permanent, Full time
