Assurance and ESG, among others. The business supports multiple sectors and is currently present in Bengaluru, Gurugram, Noida and Mumbai.
ResponsibilitiesRoles & responsibilities
- You will be working with German based teams and clients. You bring a high level of German language skill to interact with German team members and support your team colleagues on specific translation requests
- Taking care of the planning, organization and, if necessary, the implementation as well as the preparation and follow-up of appointments, team meetings
- Act as the central point of contact for your team, you are a sparring partner for the entire range of topics in daily business
- Working closely with the Planning & Resourcing team that involves preparing various reports on a frequent basis also working on planning system and tools
- Extraction of various reports from the reporting system and auditing the accuracy and completeness of these reports
- Administratively, various systems support you in managing team To-do's and Timesheets and creating reports
- Complete admin and operational duties as requested by the (Sr.) Managers, AMs and/or team
- Support administrative processes of our customer orders or manage incidental assistance and office management tasks
QualificationsEducational qualifications• Any graduate
• German language certification with desired B2 level completed
Work experience• The candidate must have 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a Big 4 firm
