Job Description
In this role, you will be the primary contact for all relocation inquiries, oversee visa and work permit processes and help design relocation packages that ensure a smooth transition for our employees. Furthermore, you will also ensure compliance with immigration laws, and internal policies while aligning with internal teams and external providers.

In your new role you will:

• Be the main point of contact for all relocation-related queries, ensuring swift and helpful responses and take charge of resolving escalation cases when needed
• Be the process owner for visa topics, by streamline the visa process for initial issuance and renewal of Foreign Hires visas and by being the interface on visa matters in collaboration with the Labor Relations department
• Set up and manage a process to allow Foreign Hires to start on a student visa basis, including interacting with the involved provider for day-to-day operational topics
• Consult and assist in the creation and management of relocation packages, tailoring them to individual needs
• Skillfully handle negotiations for individual relocation packages within established policy guidelines
• Act as a bridge between our service provider and Business/HR team to facilitate effective communication
• Conduct evaluations to pinpoint areas for process enhancement, contributing to our continuous improvement efforts
• Manage and enable a Local Buddy System for international hires, fostering a supportive onboarding experience
• Collaborate with other Infineon entities to share knowledge

Your Profile
You have strong communication skills that allow you to explain complex processes and build positive relationships with employees and stakeholders. Your problem-solving mindset helps you navigate challenges with ease, while your attention to detail ensures accuracy and compliance. You thrive in a multicultural environment, adapting quickly to change, and your empathy and customer focus make you a reliable support for relocating employees.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A University degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Law or similar field of studies
• At least 3 years of experience in global mobility, human resources, relocation services, or immigration processes - preferably in an international environment
• Good knowledge of EU Visa requirements, especially German requirements
• German employment law knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
