We are seeking an HR Service Center Specialist with excellent knowledge of
German, English, and Polish to join
our client's team - a leading international organization in the business services sector. This position combines elements of customer support and HR administration, offering an opportunity to grow in a global environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Providing support to employees on HR-related inquiries viaphone, chat, and ticketing system.
- Verifying and updating employee data in HR systems.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of onboarding documentation, including reference letters and verification documents.
- Checking document compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Responding to questions about HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Using resources available in the Knowledge Hub to provide accurate and consistent information.
- Collaborating with other HR teams to ensure smooth process execution.
Requirements: - Very good command of German (min. B2/C1) and English and Polish (min. B2).
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center, or helpdesk roles.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a strong plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
