Celanese is seeking to add a HR Service Center Specialist with German to its team in Asturias.

What is the role of our HR Service Center?
  • Designs, develops, delivers, analyzes and coordinates programs to deliver HR services to managers and employees.
  • Manages cases logged by HR customers and provides support in areas such as data management and reporting, compliance, vendor integration and transactional services.
  • Monitors and reports on processes and service delivery performance, conducts gap and root cause analyses, and enables effective quality and compliance management.
  • Formulates and manages plans, procedures and programs to meet specific service or process strategies and problems.
  • Monitors and reports on the effectiveness of specific process or service delivery efforts.
  • Works with internal stakeholders to ensure services are meeting business requirements, forecasting future events and managing changes as required.
  • Experienced administrative support position requiring full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.

As a HR Service Center Specialist your key responsibilities will be:
  • Answer of employee queries and issue resolution in cooperation with team colleagues, other teams in the Service Center and country HR colleagues.
  • Verbal and written communication with internal parties (e.g. employees, HR colleagues) and external parties (e.g. benefit providers) regarding HR processes using case management system, e-mail and letters - on individual basis as well as in bulk;
  • Processing of confidential HR data: input, maintenance.
  • TPV administration.
  • Cooperating in processing of HR related invoices (e.g. from benefit providers).
  • Knowledge documentation: Updating of existing and creation of new documentation.
  • Providing support of HR processes.
  • Collaborating in or lead projects related to area of expertise (on long term).

  • University degree in Law, Business Administration, HR or equivalent.
  • Relevant working experience in HR is desired.
  • High level of English and German is a must.
  • Fluency in a third or more European languages would be an asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
  • Experience with HR Systems (SAP, Workday) is desired.
