Job Description

Join our dynamically growing international HR Service Team, dedicated to supporting our colleagues across the DACH region. Your tasks:

• Play a pivotal role in the seamless transition of HR functions from Austria, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of tasks to our team

• Provide comprehensive support throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive experience at every stage

• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries and requests from employees, HR Business Partners or managers located in Austria, delivering timely and effective solutions with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Take part in the creation, refinement and enhancement of HR process documentation, and the continuous identification of opportunities for improvement

Qualifications

• Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas

• Personality: You are detail- and solution oriented, service minded and accurate. You work well in structures and systems and have excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Languages:

• Fluent German (C1) both written and spoken
• Mid-level English (B1) skills
• Hungarian language knowledge is not a requirement

What gives you further advantages:

• Previous experience in working with Austrian stakeholders is an advantage

• SAP, Workday or other corporate governance system knowledge is an advantage
