We are seeking a
Senior HR Admin Professional with German to support HR operations and ensure seamless processes across various teams. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model in
Brașov, for one of our clients, contributing to a high-performing HR function in an international setting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle requests for authorizations, certificates, letters, and confirmations.
- Ensure timely and accurate document processing for employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Manage employment contracts and other HR-related documents in collaboration with local HR teams.
- Oversee digital personnel file management, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide documentation and KPI data for HR audits.
- Manage proxy settings and access rights for employees.
- Prepare and distribute bonus and salary increase letters, coordinating with payroll for accuracy.
- Track and improve service management by monitoring performance, analyzing data, and implementing enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR administration, preferably in a shared services environment.At least 1 year experience in a leadership position.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred; SAP HR is a plus).
- Fluent in English and German.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Sign.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling HR records and documentation.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality support.
- Ability to collaborate across teams in a multicultural environment.
