  • Audit Quality Systems and organizational capabilities for deficiency identification and correction.
  • Develop quality programs and procedures and gather, analyze and evaluate facts to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
  • MOR analysis of reported occurrences.
  • Perform investigations and write reports for accidents, incidents and warranty occurrences.
  • Track, analyze, report and problem solve quality issues.
  • Coordinate the Quality Assurance Program, Quality Assurance Audit Programs, Quality Assurance Vendor Management oversight, and the regulatory and business compliance as described in EASA Part 145.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with the operations management team, internal customers, vendors, aviation authorities.
  • Support the development of quality programmes;


  • Degree in technical field or Part-66 B1 or B2 equivalent basic knowledge examination
  • Min. 3 years of professional experience in an aeronautical industry with 2 years in conducting audits
  • Experience with quality management systems (EN 9001, 9110)
  • Understanding of a quality system and its development, documentation and implementation to international standards and/or requirements.
  • Detailed understanding of EASA Part 145.
  • Detailed knowledge in problem-solving, quality improvement tools and techniques.
  • Understanding human factors and motivation; able to work effectively under pressure, multi-task and prioritize.
  • Excellent Hungarian, English and German language skills, both written and oral.
  • MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and teamwork skills.
  • Able to travel abroad.
