ROLE:
We are looking for someone to research and collect representative images from various sources in a timely and accurate manner. These images will be entered into our internal database.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect photos, logos, and other digital assets from publicists, content providers, vendors, and websites to support Gracenote Products.
- Follow established standards to evaluate and select the best images that meet Gracenote's size, aspect ratio, and other requirements.
- Regularly communicate with processing and other global teams to ensure a smooth workflow for delivering imagery to customers.
- Link images to the assigned asset in the Gracenote databases.
- Maintain communication with content providers to achieve desired results.
- Suggest ways to improve productivity, enhance quality, and explore new methods for filling image gaps.
- Identify and pursue potential sources for automated image collection.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- An interest in media-related fields or equivalent work experience is a plus.
- Effective organizational, grammatical, analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in keyboarding; familiarity with Windows is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, motivation, and high energy.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Good eye for images and a commitment to delivering high quality.
- Language requirement: A good understanding of the German language (B2 level or above).
