Incident Manager with German Skills

Job Description

Are you an experienced Incident Manager with a strong command of the German language?

Do you possess exceptional problem-solving skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment?

If yes, we'd like to meet you!

We're looking for a talented professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless incident resolution and service restoration.

You will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring a normal IT service operation and the users' ability to work is restored as quickly as possible and the business impact is minimized with the organizational units that
  • support IT integration and services
  • Ensuring that the agreed service levels are provided
  • Classifying and analyzing the Tickets handled by the 2nd level Support Team
  • Assigning the tickets to the team members or escalation to 3rd LvL or Advanced support
  • Responsible for handling the high impact Tickets received(Prio 3 Tickets) by following the established complex procedure
  • Organizing and executing the daily team meetings
  • Reporting to Service Manager
  • Weekly telco meetings with client
  • Tickets reporting


Qualifications

Who you are
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
  • Fluent in German and English verbal and written communication skills. (at least a C1 degree in German)
  • 3+ years of experience in Service Desk
  • Experience in IT support (advanced level)
  • Experience in SC3 (ServiceNow) ticketing tool
  • Advanced MS Office program skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • An analytical, independent, and structured way of working
  • Good problem-solving skills in solving complex challenges
  • Strong Team spirit along with independence in executing daily tasks

Bonus Skills
  • ITIL certificate
  • Java experience (entry-level)
