Being part of the Virtual Sales Team and reporting to the European Virtual Sales Manager, you will be responsible to maximize the profitability of the company by selling an ever-increasing amount of recurring SW business to an ever-increasing number of extremely satisfied customers at an acceptable cost to the company.
Key Duties & Responsibilities : I dentify needs and new sales opportunities in your customer territory for the German speaking market. Be responsible for the full sales cycle, discovering – managing and closing opportunities to achieve your target. Enforce best practices within the sales department creating great habits, adopting Sales methodology and leveraging the tools that will help you being successful. Follow department and company procedures and provide feedback where appropriate. Confident communicational manner, dealing with both external and internal customers. Proactivity to learn new and complex products and services. Collaborate with different teams across the company. Gather feedback from customers to improve customer experience.
Key Results Indicators & Measures of Success: Build a robust pipeline to generate top outcomes in revenue, growth, and profit. Consistently meet Service Level Agreements and NPS. Deliver product demos and webinars to bring solutions to our customers. Handle a high volume of daily customer interaction by email, phone, and video call.
Skills/Knowledge & Experience: Demonstrable experience discovering opportunities and building customer relationships. Ideally sales experience gained within consultative selling approach. Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and self-develop in Sales career. Ability to communicate and influence on multiple levels. Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills, to achieve targets with a strong team spirit and orientation. Well organized to manage and prioritize workload and activities.
Qualifications required: German Native speaker, based in Spain. Find comfort in working in a fast-paced environment You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have experience using CRM and Revenue Platform tools. (Such as Salesforce, Outreach or Salesloft). Prior experience with at least 2 years in BDR / Sales/B2B, mainly in SaaS, digital-transformation environments, or the automotive industry.
