We are now looking for an Intern, Order Management with English and German to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

• Support the team with various tasks, starting with basic order entry activities
• Gain knowledge to gradually take over more complex tasks
• Ensure timely responses to the customers
• Maintain smooth and timely communication with internal stakeholders
• Provide support to the Order Management Team in ad-hoc situations

Who you are

• You are a student or have a relevant university degree, or basic experience in customer service or order processing
• You are eager to learn UPM's culture, processes, and organization
• You are willing to work with Salesforce and learn SAP functionalities; knowledge of tools from Customer Cervices or Order Management will be an asset
• You have strong coordination and communication skills with internal stakeholders
• You are team-oriented and a good networker
• You have a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• You are interested in working in international teams and collaborating across multiple functions
• You are fluent in English and German

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.
