IT Service Desk Consultant with German

Job Description
  • Providing 1st and 2nd level support in client management (O365, M365, AzureAD, etc.).
  • Administering and supporting clients and end-users.
  • Handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Proficiently utilizing a ticketing system and documenting activities.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software components.
  • Analyzing and resolving issues.
  • Working 100% remotely from your home office.


Qualifications
  • Successful completion of training as a Fachinformatiker (m/f/d) or relevant experience as a career changer (m/f/d) with motivation.
  • Practical experience in IT support (1st and 2nd level), customer support, phone support, user helpdesk.
  • Passion for the Modern Workplace and expertise in Office 365, Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, etc.
  • Proficiency in handling and documenting ticketing systems like Solman, Jira, ServiceNow etc...
  • Ability to maintain composure and clarity in handling incidents and requests.
  • Warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring customer comfort and satisfaction.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and work independently.
  • Enjoyment in being on the move and adapting to various work environments.
  • Excellent German language skills, with proficiency in English being advantageous.
