What will you be doing?

As a Process Associate in our Invoices to Pay (ITP) team, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations. Your day will start with resolving vendor and internal customer queries, ensuring payments are processed smoothly and accounts are kept in perfect order. You'll dive into daily, weekly and monthly reports, reconcile vendor statements and support month-end closing activities. Along the way, you'll collaborate with teams across the business, contribute to process improvement initiatives and help us deliver service excellence.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this role means being detail-oriented, proactive and a great communicator. You'll bring a strong foundation in finance and a drive to make things better every day.

• A bachelor's or master's degree, ideally in finance or accounting
• At least one year of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable
• Fluent English and communicative German, with strong data entry and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SAP or Ariba and working in an international environment would be a plus
