Jr. Accounts Payable with German, Timisoara

As part of this project, your role as Accounts Payable will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Candidates profile:

  • Experience 0-2 yrs;
  • ERP (SAP) system knowledge is an advantage;
  • PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel ;
  • Proficient in German language skills ;
  • Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics;
  • Good verbal/written communication skills;
  • Focused on process improvements;
  • Problem analysis and problem solving;
  • Focused on meeting deadlines;
  • Team spirit.

Job requirements:

Perform majority of Finance and Accounting activity for a low volume branch of our client:
  • Processing invoices (PO&non PO) as per timeliness and accuracy agreed with client;
  • Processing payments as per the payments schedule and ah-hoc;
  • Performs quality checks;
  • Handling queries from vendors and internal stakeholders;
  • Handling invoices exceptions (discrepancy resolution);
  • Process travel&expenses claims of client's employees;
  • Month end closing activities: booking accruals, bank reconciliation, run the depreciation of fixed assets;
  • Escalates issues at the right time and to the correct owner.
