About the jobYour responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform and support all employee lifecycle related processes from hire to retire (such as onboarding, probation, ends of employment) and ensure changes and documentation are delivered according to the defined KPIs
- Maintain data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle
- Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, reference letters)
- Process HR tasks in SAP and Workday (hiring, termination, organizational and personal changes, creation of new org units)
- Process of employee's inquiries using ServiceNow
- Update operational manuals and create knowledge articles for ServiceNow
About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of German language B2/C1(speaking and writing)
- Fluent English language (speaking and writing)
- Up to 2 years of experience preferably in an international multicultural environment would be an asset
- Education in Finance or HR - nice to have
- Previous experience in HR management tools (Workday, SAP, ServiceNow, SEAK or other similar systems) - nice to have
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) - nice to have
- Attention to details combined with teamwork and customer orientation
