Junior Product Specialist - GERMAN (Full remote within Spain)

We are seeking a Junior Product Specialist who will work setting up the logical structure of different custom forms and documents based on competitor tracking and analysis. It will also be responsible of improving the existing products to optimize the project catalog.

Responsibilities
  • Map out competitors' forms and templates for german market.
  • Work scraping-type documents.
  • Apply legal changes.
  • Prepare the preQA for forms and templates.
  • Solving NoQA issues within the project.
  • Participate in the design and creation of complex form workflows.
  • Tracking user stories and assigned epics.
  • Make improvement proposals for the product flow to help improve times.
  • Make improvement proposals for our excel sheets to improve mapping times.
  • Apply basic knowledge of Google Sheets and basic formulas to achieve problem solving.
  • Research new products.
  • Communicate constantly: doubts, suggestions, feedback, etc.
  • Collaborate on project documentation.

Requirements

Your expertise in a nutshell:
  • Native German speaker
  • High level of English and Spanish
  • Meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Must be able to make decisions and exercise good judgment
  • Able to anticipate next steps and ask necessary questions
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and complex projects in management consulting, technology or sales operations.
  • Strong product instincts.
  • An ability to collect and analyze data from a variety of sources to identify key insights, spot optimization opportunities and inform product decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A can-do attitude; you are passionate about solving important problems and you get things done.


Bonus points:
  • Previous experience using task management tools such as Jira or Confluence for documentation.
  • Basic knowledge working with Dato CMS, Diagram or Jenking-
