Junior Sharepoint and Collaboration Service Agent (German speaking)

Tasks:

Incident and problem management

Monitoring system operation and proactive error detection and solving

Ownership of the services or a set of additional tools besides SharePoint

Fulfill service requests, documentation, and training needs

As an internationally positioned IT team, they support the Client's product development by providing applications and solutions for mechanical and software development and for the management of development data. In this process, they count more than 6,000 users among their internal customers.
They operate in a very heterogeneous environment of applications, such as CATIA Mechanical Design, MS Project Server, JIRA, GIT Software Management, Doors NG Requirements Management, and their PLM system CIM Database.
To strengthen their team they are looking for a motivated IT specialist at their location in Budapest.

Skills:

At least 1 year of experience in SharePoint

General IT and SharePoint knowledge

Fluency in English, medium-level German skills (spoken and written)

Experience working in an international, virtual team

Good communication skills
