Role overview

Our team manages contract administration process. We create documents and contracts for on trade customers and prepare other legal documents, taking care about the highest quality and accuracy of the data we handle.

Our vision is to create a well-coordinated team of professionals with analytical skills who will work to support markets and functions in making change and building business partnership.

What you'll be doing

  • Building and maintaining good relations with stakeholders
  • Handling e-mails raised by the co-workers from local organization
  • Monitoring and upholding contracts
  • Maintaining of the electronic signature process
  • Creation of documentation, contracts drafts, contractual letters, and other legal documents
  • Ensuring the documentation is up to date and compliant with ways of working


What we're looking for

  • The candidates who are meticulous and dedicated
  • Have analytical skills
  • Are problem solvers and fast learners
  • Are team players and have excellent communication skills and "can do" attitude
  • Enjoy international environment
  • Are open-minded, enthusiastic and responsible
  • Speak English on at least B1/B2 level
  • Speak German on at least B2 level
  • Basic knowledge of French would be welcome, but not necessary
