Your tasks- Working with Cluster Leads and Key Area Lead to complete general administrative and office tasks, as well as the coordination and optimization of administrative processes;
- Coordination and alignment of internal and external appointments, including the organization of meetings and events, as well as the planning and content preparation for and follow-up of meetings for Cluster Lead and/or Key Area Lead;
- Creating protocols, researching necessary background information, and preparing results and documents in a management-oriented way;
- Supporting the key area in the analysis and optimization of process flows, as well as in the preparation and execution of internal events;
- Coordinating cross-divisional topics with interface partners such as GM-F, GM-HR, GM-OS, and other DO units to ensure efficient processes;
- Planning, booking, and billing of business trips according to internal regulations;
- A high level of organizational skills and proactive working methods enables them to penetrate process flows and to think analytically.
Your profile- Experience in office management or similar;
- Microsoft 365 Suite incl., MS Teams, OneDrive for Business;
- Organizational skills and proactive working methods;
- Customer focused communication skills, both written and oral;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills;
- University degree;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in German.
