You will report directly to our Customer Experience Supervisor and you'll work out of our
Katowice location on a
hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our customers and the success of our business. You will lead a team of customer experience specialists, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience. Your fluency in German will enable you to effectively communicate with our German-speaking customers and provide them with exceptional support.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of customer experience specialists and provide guidance and support
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate effectively with German-speaking customers and provide them with outstanding support
Key Requirements: - Fluency in German and English (min. C1)
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of SAP and customer support tools (nice to have)
