We are open to invite candidates with different backgrounds. We look for specific skills and competences though. Check out the description below.
What you will do- arrange on-site trainings for Husqvarna Employees based in different countries (booking hotels, rooms, arranging catering);
- administer on-line trainings (creating participant lists and events, sending invitations, etc.);
- communicate with trainers and participants - mostly in English so a fluent/communicate English is a must!
- arrange shipments and courier deliveries;
- cooperate with external vendors and service providers (hotels, office managers, couriers, etc.)
- create procedures, ways of working and processes (internal documentation, process maps)
- there are certainly other activities not listed in this ad- we don't know the full scope yet. Remember, we're building this from scratch!
What we are looking for We seek open-minded people who:
- can deal with ambiguity,
- like to communicate and work in a customer-centric environment,
- don't fear last-minute changes and are able to react under time pressure
- speak German and/or English fluently
You don't have any Learning Administration background? Not a problem!
We are looking for experienced Candidates but not necessarily from L&D. If you've worked as a Travel Agent, Personal Assistant, Event coordinator, Office Manager or if you've hold a position that required activities that you identified in the list above, this job is for you!
