Legal Services Assistant with German

Work in hybrid model: 2 days per week from Wroclaw office

YOUR ROLE:
As Legal Services Assistant in our recently established legal contracting center (MBS Legal Services) with an end-to-end service for frequently required contracts, you will have the opportunity to contribute in a Team of dedicated experts and curious minds. You will be able to become a key partner and contributor in a vibrant legal Team performing in a unique global business service (shared service) model. Learn with us new ways of working aimed at delivering high quality legal services, simplifying processes, increasing efficiency, and bringing up customer experience to a higher level.

You will provide support to members of the Legal Team and work solely on assigned tasks. Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support in relation to agreements and tasks managed by the Legal Team, as well as drafting and reviewing contracts and contract amendments. You will also manage internal learning and communication activities and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure training is delivered in accordance with applicable standards. You will be expected to support stakeholders in their day-to-day interactions with Legal, collaborate with the Team and support Legal's projects and processes, including operations, governance and business development.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic familiarity with document management systems and/or willingness to learn more about them
  • Fluency in both English and German is a must.
  • Higher education, ideally related to business, professional services or linguistics.
  • Interest in legal or compliance services, experience in professional business environment and office experience.
  • Reliable self-starter with the capability of working independently and as a team contributor.
  • Excited to solve problems, not just check boxes.
  • Open, self-driven, persistent.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a mindset of "taking ownership".
  • Attention to detail, result-oriented and analytical mindset.
