About the projects

In this role, you will be providing day to day support to our clients from the financial sector - both to their end-users, as well as their technical representatives.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in advising and supporting our clients in the adoption of newly released technologies.

Job Description

Your role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Teams and the M365 environment to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members for our client.

In a typical week, you will be performing the following functions as individual assignments or as part of a team:
  • Work with the on-premises, hybrid and pure Office 365 Exchange systems
  • Administer the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Perform the tasks of a Microsoft Teams Administrator
  • On your own or with direction from more senior technical specialists, carry out cloud or on-premises data center operations assignments
  • Maintain and optimize Microsoft-based and third-party environments for various projects
  • Respond to client requests, changes, incidents etc. based on ITIL and Agile practices
  • Continuously develop and improve the quality of service, applying automation and personal capacity
  • Change management in the M365 environment

  • German speaker
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Teams Administrator or a similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including configuration, integration, and security features
  • Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools
  • Microsoft Teams rollout experience
  • Microsoft 365 adoption and governance experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • M365 security fundamentals and PowerShell scripting skills
  • Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, ITIL are a plus
