Order Management Team Leader with German & English to join our dynamic team in
Cluj-Napoca, Romania!

As the Team Leader for the Order Management team, he/she will use his/her business acumen and industry knowledge to ensure the overall success of the business in the mentioned region. He/she will support the MU Ops Lead to implement the strategy within the Cluj campus, at an operational level and he/she will help the EMEA Order Management Lead to deliver high quality results within the DACH (CWE) Region group. He/she will collaborate with Cluj local managers to grow his/her leadership skills and ensure his/her team will gain the needed expertise and knowledge to fulfil the commitment to our customers.
What kind of work will you be doing?• Operational excellence: KPIs, Service Level, Process Improvement, Problem Solving, etc.
• Functional area: acts as the main contact and escalation point for internal and external customers in terms of orders and process issues, supports and helps employees address a wide variety of functional concerns, complaints, etc.
• Organizational development: performance management, recruitment process, etc.
• Administrative: time attendance, represents the team activity in different meetings / presentations - bring back results, etc.
What Would Be the Perfect Qualifications?• Education: University degree.
• Experience: 2+ years' relevant experience in similar order management and/or logistics roles; experience in leadership is a plus.
o Excellent understanding of the industry.
o Previous experience in working in a fast-paced environment, where change is constant.
• Language skills: English at advanced level & and German at intermediate-advanced level.
